D.) is the President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of SMARTIFICIAL™ France in Paris, also known as SMARTIFICIAL™ RESEARCH & TECHNOLOGY, Inc in North America, an Intel Technology Provider and decentralized R&D collaboration network for innovative Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Business Solutions.

Technology Expertise: High-Performance Computing, Semiconductor Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, Internet-of-Things (IOT), Smart IC design acceleration, Cloud Computing, Computer Vision, Quantum Computing, Enterprise Software and Blockchain technology solutions.

Before launching the disruptive SMARTIFICIAL™ Accelerator globally in partnership with an accomplished finance and business executive from Silicon Valley, Jean-Marc was already an innovative leader of 15 years at Intel Corporation in various roles ranging from Director of Engineering for IC Design Acceleration on next generation technologies ($70B TAM), to Engineering Manager for product development across multiple geographies (North America, Europe, India, Malaysia, China) and Business Accelerator for internal Startup ventures issued from corporate mergers and acquisitions through Intel Labs.

Over the last decade, he received Intel Awards for results-orientation, customer focus and business acumen. He achieved a solid track record while leading over 200 engineers and contract workers from various backgrounds to consistently deliver business results exceeding corporate expectations.

Jean-Marc’s corporate experience started at IBM in France (Paris) during the record breaking dot-com era and continued in Silicon Valley California with top companies leading the semiconductor industry transformation:

Intersil Corporation, Conexant, Harris Corporation and Intel Corporation

He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Tech and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Applied Mathematics from the Euro-American Institute of Technology and SKEMA Business School (France). He also started a Phd in Quantum Mechanics and attended the MIT Sloan Executive program on Artificial Intelligence. He is an active member of IEEE, the International Blockchain Council, and a certified Cryptocurrency & Hyperledger expert.
